SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

We offer a couple different selections for shipping, primarily USPS, but do ship UPS as well. Shipping costs are listed for USPS but if you prefer UPS for the Shipping please email us for a shipping quote prior to placing an order. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing and handling; some items require longer time frames as they are made to order and require extra love and attention to details to get them to our satisfaction so they can meet your satifaction. Please message us with any questions you have on the satus of your order. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support of our business. 

All Sales Are Final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item @ witchandwoodsman@hotmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Gift card sales are final and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
